At Awespired, counseling is a collaborative, holistic process designed to help you restore balance, build resilience, and reconnect with your sense of purpose and wholeness.

Together during your counseling sessions, we'll honor your unique story - reflecting on the strengths and challenges that come from your own personal life experiences. We'll integrate this reflection with an exploration of evidenced-based health, wellness, behavioral, cognitive, and/or learning strategies - with the goal of helping you feel more grounded, present, and able to experience moments of awe in your everyday life.

At Awespired, counseling goes beyond traditional talk therapy to include collaborative care planning, skill building, regular check-ins, and coordination of care with other systems of support (such as family, schools, and/or healthcare providers) - ensuring that your growth is holistic, integrated, and continues between and beyond our therapy sessions together.

What Our Work Together Will Look Like:

​Our initial consultation call will be an opportunity for us to learn more about each other, the services provided at Awespired, the estimated fees for services, and the intake process.
​
Our first session will be 75 minutes and will focus on helping me to understand your life story – the reason behind your choosing to begin counseling at Awespired – and your goals for our work together.
​
From that first session and beyond, we will co-design and continue to refine a treatment plan that feels focused and balanced to meet your individual needs. Each 50-minute follow-up session will be an opportunity for reflection, learning, and calibrating progress.
​
At Awespired, I believe that reflection and growth occur just as much between sessions as during sessions. Each individual session is accompanied by a 10-minute check-in and/or for care coordination between myself and your other care providers, offering a bit of cheerleading and extra support in between sessions as needed.
