With over 25 years of experience as a clinical social worker and school administrator, I bring both the strategic and relational expertise needed to create systems that work in real life, not just on paper.
From refining multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) systems to providing staff training, grant writing, and program evaluation, I work side-by-side to design initiatives that are trauma-informed, well being focused, and sustainable over time.
Whether you’re launching a new wellness center, designing your school or district’s sustainable mental health funding system utilizing the California Youth Behavioral Health Initiative (CYBHI) or Medi-Cal Local Education Agency Billing Program (LEA-BOP), or developing professional learning for your staff, every project is customized to your school community’s unique needs and goals.

Our initial consultation call will be an opportunity to hear about your vision and goals for your school/district, and for you to learn more about my experience and expertise in school wellness and educational systems design.

If you believe I can be of service to your school community, we will schedule a more detailed planning call to identify district needs and outline services, training, or programs tailored to your school and/or district. Within 72 hours of the planning call, I will create a customized Awespired Education Plan, complete with goals and objectives, as well as a detailed plan outlining services and pricing. All Awespired Education Plans are individually tailored and customized to align with your school's and/or district's vision.
