​​As a clinical and school social worker, and former school administrator and classroom educator, I bring both the strategic and relational expertise needed to create systems that work for schools in real life, not just on paper.
From refining multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) systems to providing staff training, grant writing, program evaluation, or direct clinical services, I work side-by-side with school leaders to design programs that are trauma-informed, well-being focused, and sustainable over time.

Our initial consultation call will be an opportunity for me to hear about the vision, needs, and goals of your school/district, for you to learn more about my experience and expertise, and for us to begin to ideate our work today.

If you believe I can be of service to your school community, we will schedule a longer, more detailed planning call to tailor services, trainings, and/or programs to your school/district's specific needs.

Within 72 hours of the planning call, I will create a customized Awespired Education Plan, complete with goals and measures of success, a detailed plan of service, and pricing.
​​​​
Once a formal partnership is established and services commence, communication will continue through collaborative discussions, routine program updates, and ongoing feedback opportunities.
