As a clinical and school social worker, and former school administrator and classroom educator, I bring both the strategic and relational expertise needed to create systems that work for schools in real life, not just on paper.
From refining multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) systems to providing staff training, grant writing, program evaluation, or direct clinical services, I work side-by-side with school leaders to design programs that are trauma-informed, well-being focused, and sustainable over time.
