Do you have a sense that something in your life, or in the life of someone you love, is needing a bit of care and support?
Maybe your child seems more anxious than usual, overwhelmed by friendships or schoolwork, or no longer finding joy in the things that once lit them up.
Maybe your adolescent is moving through the world with irritation, exhaustion, or self-doubt, and you’re wishing for someone who can help them feel steady, hopeful, and connected again.
Or perhaps you are longing for harmony in your own life — a clearer mind, a deeper sense of meaning, more ease in your relationships, or simply the feeling of coming home to yourself in the middle of life’s changing tides. You know there is beauty in your everyday, but you are just too busy, distracted, just plain exhausted or to see it.

Awespired: A Way of Being
Awespired is the feeling of being fully alive. Where connection, curiosity, beauty, purpose, or joy takes your breath away and your sense of well-being opens new possibilities.
Awe isn’t something we chase—it’s something we experience when we feel grounded, safe, and supported.
When our inner world feels unsettled, the beauty around us goes unnoticed. But when we tend to our whole selves, even as children and adolescents, experiencing awe becomes possible.
This is why I use the Awespired PEACE Model to guide my work.
It's a simple, heart-centered way to understand what each person needs to feel balanced from within so they can feel awe in their everyday life.
The Awespired PEACE Model: Five Leaves of Well-Being
The Awespired PEACE Model represents the five “leaves” of well-being—five essential areas that, when nourished, help children, adolescents, parents, and educators feel grounded, connected, and a sense of harmony. The model offers a gentle structure for our work together, helping us understand what your mind, body, and life are asking for next.
These five leaves come together as the Awespired quill, a reminder that as well-being strengthens, so does your ability to write this next chapter of your life with intention, possibility, and awe.

P - Physical Health: Caring for the whole, integrated body system so we can thrive.
Children/Teens: Supporting routines that restore energy—like steady sleep, movement breaks, or reducing sensory overwhelm—so they can feel regulated at school and at home.
Parents: Building rhythms that honor your body’s signals to reduce burnout and increase presence.
Educators: Creating sustainable health habits that prevent compassion fatigue and restore vitality.
E - Emotional Wellbeing: Understanding emotions, responding with care, and finding steadiness within.
Children/Teens: Learning coping tools, emotional language, and grounding practices to reduce anxiety and build confidence.
Parents: Strengthening your own regulation so you can co-regulate with your child during stressful moments
Educators: Developing practices that allow you to hold space for students while honoring your own emotional needs.
A - Actualization of Purpose, Meaning & Spiritual Grounding: Feeling connected to who you are and why you matter.
Children/Teens: Exploring identity, strengths, and interests to build a sense of agency and direction.
Parents: Reconnecting to meaning in your roles, relationships, and personal goals.
Educators: Clarifying what illuminates you professionally so your work feels meaningful, not depleting.
C - Connection to Self, Others & the Natural World: Belonging and attunement—to oneself, to relationships, and to the beauty that surrounds us.
Children/Teens: Strengthening friendship and social skills, confidence, and self-trust; learning how to feel seen and valued.
Parents: Deepening connection with your child, your partner, and yourself through attuned communication.
Educators: Restoring connection with colleagues, students, and your own inner purpose so the classroom feels alive again.
E - Education, Career & Financial Harmony: Feeling empowered in your roles, responsibilities, and path forward.
Children/Teens: Developing executive functioning, motivation, and school confidence so learning becomes accessible.
Parents: Navigating school supports (504s, IEPs, MTSS) and finding clarity in advocating for your child.
Educators: Gaining tools to navigate systems, prevent burnout, and align your work with your long-term vision.
Every client who comes to Awespired brings a unique and beautiful story. Looking through the lens of PEACE helps us discover your (or your child's) strengths and where you may need the most support. Sometimes it’s emotional regulation. Sometimes it's connection. Sometimes it's finding purpose or physical wellness. And sometimes it’s all five.
